Two fashion students place in competition at Dallas Career Day

Two University of the Incarnate Word fashion students won recognition at the Fashion Group International of Dallas Career Day, the nation’s longest-running and largest fashion career event of its kind.

UIW’s Christina Lazarine placed second in casual wear and Heather Fitzgerald placed third in cotton garment.

Their entries were among more than 450 entries submitted by students from 42 colleges and universities across 12 states who attended Career Day.
